“Definitely great”, living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom are clean and big enough. It's central to all tourist attractions, perfect for a relaxing,certainly we will stay here if we again if in this area. We're glad to found this place!

I actually liked how clean, peaceful and comforting it was. The reception was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Also the rate per night was reasonable.

The location was great, so close to the beach, lovely and quiet at night. Very roomy rooms, great for families.

Kerryn, the owner, is an excellent host. She is very friendly and helpful. I needed to buy medication for my daughter and it was Sunday and the pharmacy was closed so Kerryn was very kind to drive me 15km away where there was an open pharmacy. She is also very knowledgeable about all the tours you can do and is very helpful in booking them for you. The pool area is lush and green with an added bonus of having a grill great for a barbie. The apartments are simple but great they had everything we needed. We spent 12 nights here and I would definitely go back. If you stayed here you would not be disappointed. We loved it.

We found the owners were very down to earth and help when ever they were able.It is an older accomodation, however very clean and well positioned to make the most of the area. Very quiet location, with a great pool area. Would stay again!

Only a small number of units.
Room was lit up at night, window coverings did not block out much light from spot lights and office lighting. Bed was very hard, as was all the pillows. I did not sleep well for the two nights.

Nice, quiet and close to the Clifton beach and shops. Quite convenient to visit Cairns and its surrounding attractions. An excellent location. will surely come back.
Not many TV Channels to chose from but hey..we were here for a holiday and not to watch the news or sports!!

A good self contained unit with all the necessary items you need in a self contained unit .The unit it self was clean and tidy and the grounds in the complex where nice and tidy. Nice and quiet location close to beach.
stayed 13 nights and linen was not changed also the screens needed to be cleaned as they had a lot of dirt on some of them

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a good location for us on the way from Townsville to Cooktown.

Clean and tidy with good location handy to beach, shopping mall and food outlets/ restaurtants. Easy access with carport. Handy to Cairns and Airport. Well priced.
Obviously going through a " make-over ". Bed quality average. Pool would by more user friendly if heated. Would like to check it out again on completion.

Close to the beach, large appartment, very good for families with children.
